OZAPAY: far more than a token, a ticket to the future
Solsale incident, holder protection, OZA V2 launch and outlook: why our ambition remains intact despite the events of October 29, 2026.

Following the October 29 incident on the external Solsale/GemPad platform, I have filed a complaint. I fully measure the consequences for OZA, the concerns of our community, and the expectation of concrete answers.
Since this event, I have been working with the team to prepare the relaunch and the migration of affected members.
Today, OZA V2 is technically ready. This new version is built on a Solana Token-2022 architecture with native locks, to better control the mechanisms used by our ecosystem. The security audit remains a step to complete before the relaunch.
We are also in discussions with Orca and Meteora to explore the integration of the token and prepare the new liquidity. The choice of DEX and the migration timeline will be communicated once the necessary steps have been confirmed.
Cointribune is also preparing coverage of our situation and the relaunch. This public statement will help explain the facts, the consequences of the incident, and the work undertaken to continue the development of Ozapay.
But to see this relaunch through, we need everyone.
I am mobilizing my own resources to move this reconstruction forward. The audit, liquidity, and migration support all require resources. The messages of support, the people stepping up, and the first offers of help mean a great deal.
Everyone can contribute in their own way:
An introduction, a skill, or a share can also help us reach the next milestone. Everyone who wishes to contribute is welcome.
Our goal remains concrete: prepare the migration under the right conditions, inform members at every step, and continue developing Ozapay's use cases.
Thank you to those who remain present. I am continuing this work with determination. Your support matters for what comes next.
