OZAPAY is a payment super app that brings together a self-custody crypto wallet, euro and crypto payments (EURC euro stablecoin), an OZA rewards system, and a messaging feature all in one app, for individuals and businesses alike.

Download the OZAPAY app from the App Store or Play Store, enter your email and create a password. To access the app's features, you'll then need to complete identity verification (KYC) through our partner Coinbase.

Go to "Settings" then "Account Security" in the app. You can update your password at any time, even if you're still using a temporary one. If you run into any issues, contact our support team via the chat button on the website.

Self-custody means your private keys belong to you, OZAPAY has no access to them. Unlike centralised exchanges, no one can freeze or seize your assets. You are the sole owner of your crypto. It's the "Not your keys, not your coins" principle, made simple for everyday use.

OZAPAY runs on the Solana network and natively supports: SOL, EURC (euro-pegged stablecoin), USDC, USDT, and OZA (our loyalty token). For everyday payments and transfers, we recommend EURC because it is stable, fast, and directly pegged to the euro.

You can top up by bank card through our partner Coinbase Onramp (Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, SEPA), or by depositing crypto directly from an external Solana-compatible wallet. A minimum of 0.1 SOL is required to cover network fees and keep your account running.

Use the "Send Funds" feature in the app to send to an OZAPAY contact or an external Solana address. To receive, share your wallet address or use "Collect / Request" to generate a link or QR code, your contact doesn't need an OZAPAY account to pay you.

Use the "Convert Assets" feature to instantly swap between SOL, EURC, USDC, USDT, and OZA. Conversion fees are 1.5%/tx on the Liberty plan and decrease with higher-tier plans.

OZA rewards work through a progressive challenge system and referrals. Each completed challenge earns you OZA, which are permanently unlocked once you validate the next challenge. You can also earn OZA by referring friends or professionals via your OZA PASS.

OZA from a challenge are unlocked and credited to your wallet once you complete the following challenge. For example, OZA from challenge 1 are credited when you finish challenge 2. This mechanic is designed to keep you engaged throughout the journey.

OZA is the utility token of the OZAPAY ecosystem. It gives you access to in-app perks, partner offers, and rewards programmes. OZA is not a financial product, it is not a share, a security, or a right to dividends. It's a tool for usage and loyalty.

From the app, go to your OZA PASS to get your personal referral code. Share it with your contacts when they sign up with your code and complete KYC, you both receive OZA as a reward.

Yes, via the "Convert Assets" feature in the app or through decentralised markets connected to Solana (Jupiter DEX, Raydium). OZA's value depends on the market like any digital asset, its price may fluctuate.

Yes. OZAPAY operates within a regulated framework compliant with European PSAN and EMI requirements. Accounts are backed by a licensed e-money infrastructure. Every euro loaded is held in a segregated bank account: 1€ loaded = 1€ guaranteed.

KYC (identity verification) is mandatory to access payment and crypto exchange services, in compliance with AML regulations (anti-money laundering). It is carried out securely and quickly through our partner Coinbase. No transactions can be made without a validated KYC.

OZAPAY applies European security standards (GDPR). Your personal data is never sold. Your private keys remain under your control, OZAPAY does not have access to them. For any questions about your data, please refer to our privacy policy or contact support.

OZAPAY does not include a built-in tax reporting tool. However, your full transaction history is accessible in the app at any time, this is your starting point for preparing your tax declaration.
